Freiburg will host Borussia Monchengladbach in a German
Bundesliga match at the Schwarzwald-Stadion on June 5.
The Breisgau Brazilians succumbed to a 1-0 defeat to Bayer Leverkusen away in their previous match which was played on May 29.
The defeat extended Freiburg's winless run to four matches in the league having registered two draws and two defeats.
They are also winless in their last two home matches in the Bundesliga having recorded two successive defeats.
Meanwhile, Monchengladbach thumped Union Berlin 4-1 at home in their previous match which was played on May 31.
Prior to that, the Foals were winless in two league matches having registered a draw and a defeat in the competition.

They are undefeated in their last five away matches in the Bundesliga having recorded three wins and two draws.
Florian Neuhaus, the Monchengladbach midfielder, has set his sights on Freiburg after netting his side's 3,000th Bundesliga goal.
"I’m very happy to have scored Borussia’s 3,000th Bundesliga goal," Neuhaus said.
"But I’m even more happy to get the win, which is crucial in the race for the top four. Now our focus is on kicking on in the upcoming game in Freiburg."
The last meeting between Freiburg and Monchengladbach in a league match was on 1 December 2019. The Foals secured a 4-2 victory over the Breisgau Brazilians in a match that was played at Borussia Park.
