Villarreal CF will battle it out with Bayern Munich in a
UEFA Champions League quarter-final first-leg match on April 6.
The Spanish side progressed to this round after defeating Italian football powerhouse Juventus 4-1 on aggregate in the Round of 16 tie.
Villarreal are unbeaten in their last three matches in this competition having recorded two wins and one draw.

However, the Yellow Submarine are also winless in their last two home matches in the Champions League having recorded one defeat and one draw as the hosts.
Meanwhile, Bayern eased into the quarter-finals after hammering Austrian champions RB Salzburg 8-2 on aggregate in the Round of 16 tie.

The German football heavyweights are undefeated in their last nine matches in the Champions League having recorded one draw and eight victories.
Bayern are undefeated in their last 25 away matches in this competition having recorded five draws and 20 victories on the road.

“They (Villarreal) are a very, very misleading rival. Naturally, our demand is to go to the semi-finals and on paper, there were more difficult rivals," Bayern manager Julian Nagelsmann said.
"But we must not forget that Villarreal is the current champion of the Europa League. They have a coach (Unai Emery) who has won many international titles, players who have many years of experience.
"Beating Juventus away 3-0 is something that not everyone can do,”
The last meeting between Villarreal and Bayern in the Champions League was on 22 November 2011.
Bayern claimed a 3-1 victory over Villarreal in the Group A match at Allianz Arena in Germany.
