Jordan Spieth will be keen to become the first golfer to successfully defend the
RBC Heritage title since 2008 when Boo Weekley retained the trophy.
What to know about Spieth
The American star is a former world number one in the Official World Golf Ranking (OWGR) having won 13 PGA Tour tournaments since turning professional in 2012.
Spieth is also a three-time major winner having clinched the 2015 Masters Tournament, 2015 US Open and 2017 The Open Championship.

The 2014-15 PGA Tour Player of the Year has secured a top four finish in three of his last five tournaments including the recent Masters.
Spieth, who is ranked 15th on the OWGR, finished joint fourth at the 2023 Masters along with Patrick Reed and Russell Henley as Jon Rahm clinched the converted trophy.
Why Spieth is among the favourites
The Texas-born golfer bested his compatriot Patrick Cantlay in a playoff on the 18th hole to win the 54th RBC Heritage last year and it remains his last win on the PGA Tour.
Spieth, who will be making his seventh start at Harbour Town Golf Links, will be confident of retaining the trophy as he is very familiar with the golf course.
