The Citizens are on a six-match unbeaten run in the English top-flight, having emerged as 2-1 winners against Aston Villa at home on 22 April.
City are also undefeated in their last four home matches in the league, having registered three successive victories and one draw at the Etihad Stadium.
Meanwhile, Wanderers thrashed Leicester City 3-0 at home on 26 April and they are unbeaten in their last seven matches in the Premier League.
Wolves are also unbeaten in their last four away matches in the league, having registered four consecutive wins as the visitors.
Team News
City stars Erling Haaland, Nathan Aké, John Stones and Rodri are all currently injured, but there are no suspension concerns in the camp.
Wanderers, on the other hand, also do not have any suspension concerns, but Pedro Lima, Sasa Kalajdžić, Leon Chiwome, Samuel Johnstone, Yerson Mosquera and Enso González are currently injured.
Quotes
“We don't expect to go and win every game. Today we know they're great players, there weren’t many points between us earlier this season," Wanderers striker Jorgen Strand Larsen said after scoring in the team's win over Leicester.
"But we know that if we continue to play as well as we've done in the last games, we can beat everyone at this moment, and we have a really tough one next weekend, but I don't see why we can't continue our streak.”
Head-to-Head
City secured a 2-1 win over Wanderers in their last meeting in the league, which was on 20 October.
As a result, the Citizens are undefeated in their last two Premier League matches against Wolves, having registered two successive wins.
