Celta have been boosted by the availability of wingback Kevin Vazquez, who has been out nursing an injury since September 2020.
"The week begins with great news for RC Celta," a club statement read on January 11.
"The sky-blue wingback Kevin Vazquez has overcome the injury he suffered a few months ago, a muscle tear in the inner calf of his left leg, and has been medically discharged."
"Kevin will therefore be available for next week’s Wednesday match against Betis in Seville."
The last league meeting between Betis and Celta was on 4 July 2020.
The two teams played to a 1-1 stalemate in a match which took place at the Estadio Municipal de Balaídos.
