The
2020 Australian Grand Prix is set to take place on March 15 in the city of Melbourne.
This will be the first round of this year's Championship and it is scheduled to take place at the Albert Park Circuit.
The circuit is also used to host Supercars Championship Melbourne 400 and associated support races.
Mercedes driver Valtteri Bottas will be keen to defend his Australian Grand Prix title having won last year's race which was his maiden trophy.

His teammate Lewis Hamilton and Red Bull driver Max Verstappen finished second and third respectively.
British driver Hamilton went on to successfully defend his World Drivers' Championship for the second year running.
While Finnish star Bottas finished second 87 points behind Hamilton, who clinched his sixth championship title, while Belgian-Dutch driver Verstappen finished third.
Bottas has made it known that he is ready to deploy Mercedes' new Dual Axis Steering system in Melbourne.
“You need to be the king of every tool in the car and you need to extract everything from your car, including the new systems,” said Bottas on the Formula One website.
“Both me and Lewis [are] trying to extract the maximum out of it, and obviously from my side, I'll try to do something better if I can.
"But obviously we're sharing all the information, all the knowledge, all the data, so eventually, for sure, we both will be able to extract everything out of it.”
Mercedes also won last year's World Constructors Championship with Ferrari and Red Bull finishing second, and third respectively.
