Chelsea will be looking to maintain their good run in the FA Cup when they face Arsenal at the Wembley Stadium on 01 August 2020 for the 2020 FA Cup final.

The Blues have been unstoppable on their way to the final securing five consecutive wins in this year's competition.

Mateo Kovacic, the Chelsea midfielder, is looking forward to their clash with Arsenal having won last season's UEFA Europa League with the Blues.

"It’s not easy to win a trophy so it’s nice to be in the FA Cup final and last year we won the Europa League," Kovacic said.

"In the end, there is only one winner and to win a trophy is quite hard but obviously we have some good signings and next year we need to fight for everything."

Chelsea started this season's competition with a comfortable 2-0 win over English Championship side Nottingham Forest at home last January.

The Third Round Proper win was followed by a narrow 2-1 victory over another Championship outfit Hull City away in the same month

A massive Fifth Round Proper encounter against newly crowned Engish Premier League champions Liverpool FC followed in March 2020.

However, the Blues secured an impressive 2-0 win over the Reds in an exciting encounter which was played at Stamford Bridge.

Another clash with a Premier League rival Leicester City followed and this time Chelsea emerged 1-0 winners at the King Power Stadium last month.

The eight-time FA Cup champions then booked their place in the final after thrashing Premier League giants Manchester United 3-1 in the semi-finals.

Chelsea will be banking on their solid defence having conceded only two goals in five matches in this season's FA Cup.

They are also averaging two goals per match in the competition having hit the back of the net 10 times in five matches.
