Wolves go into matches against Brighton & Hove Albion and Chelsea this week on the back of 1-0 defeats to Liverpool and Manchester City, the two teams in second and first on the log standings respectively.
Chelsea, third, kept within touching distance of Liverpool and City with a dramatic 3-2 win over Leeds United and will be eyeing six points from matches against Everton and Wolves this week.
"It was a very intense match and I was happy with the way we played in terms of our quality and the effort we showed," Blues manager, Thomas Tuchel, said following their win over Leeds.
"We deserved to win but of course we were a bit lucky to score a goal so late into injury time. I’m very happy because we came back twice from conceding equalizers and showing that sort of character is very impressive. We turned things around, which really pleased me.
‘I’m very happy with the players because this was a tough match and we showed great character both mentally and physically," he added.

Wolves took four points off Chelsea last season. They followed a 2-1 win at home, in which Pedro Neto netted a later winner, with a 0-0 draw at Stamford Bridge in the reverse fixture.
