Inter Milan will be confident of making it five
Serie A wins on the spin against Torino when they do battle at the San Siro on December 22.
The Nerazzurri did the double over Toro in each of the last two seasons, having triumphed 4-2 and 2-1 home and away respectively during the 2020/21 campaign.
Inter have by far the more superior record in head-to-head meetings, winning 13 of their 24 league encounters compared to just four for the Turin outfit.
The Milan giants' biggest victory came in December 2007 on home soil when they put four goals past Torino without reply. Toro have never beaten them by more than a one-goal margin.

The Italian champions are amongst the title challengers again this term and Simone Inzaghi is keen to keep the momentum going into the New Year.
"We have always done very well but now especially we are picking up a lot of points." Inzaghi said. "Even before we were playing well, and now we have a long way to go and we must keep going like this."

Torino are in a better position now than at the same stage 12 months ago and Ivan Juric, who was appointed head coach ahead of the new campaign, is looking to establish the club in the top flight despite not getting the investment he had hoped for.
"I'm not asking for players, it's the concept I am asking for, and that's very different," stressed Juric. "I am not thinking of this season, but the future and making the club stronger, economically stable and comfortable."
