The 2018 Aegon Open will be played at the Nottingham Tennis Centre between 11-17June.
 
It will mark the 11th edition of the event for women and the 23rd edition for men. It is classified as a WTA International tournament on the 2018 WTA Tour for the women.

The men’s singles defending champion Dula Sela of Israel will be keen to retain the trophy he won after defeating Italian Thomas Fabiano in the final.
 
Canadian Peter Polansky, Indian Ramkunar Ramanathan, Britain’s Cameron Norrie and Ukrainian Sergiy Stakhovsky are some of the male athletes, who are expected to participate in this year’s tournament.

Teenage British tennis star Jay Clarke has been handed a wild card for the Nature Valley Open which takes place in Nottingham next month.

Women’s singles reigning champion Donna Vekic of Croatia will have a chance to defend her title which she claimed after defeating Britain’s Johanna Konta.
 
Australian Ashleigh Barty, Slovakian Magdaléna Rybáriková, Japanese Naomi Osaka and British star Konta are set to take part in the competition.
 
The female players, who have received wildcards into the main draw are Katie Boulter of Britain, Australian Samantha Stosur and British star Gabriella Taylor.
