Die Mannschaft boss Joachim Loew has already announced his squad for the upcoming global showpiece and will want to put it to the test.

Having tasted glory in Brazil four years ago, all eyes will be on the European giants whether they can be able to defend their title.

However, against the Saudis the mission is to fine tune their strategy and ensure they head to Russia in an uncompromising mood.

Just last week, they lost 1-0 to Austria and suffered a 2-1 defeat against Brazil, but drew 1-1 against Spain in March.

A look at the Saudi Arabian side, they defeated Greece in May, but suffered two defeats to Peru and Italy as they build-up to the World Cup.

Saudi Arabia will open their World Cup account against hosts Russia on June 14 and will want to win their final international friendly against Loew’s troops.

The two nations have met twice before this clash and the Germans have claimed victories on both occasions.
