With Serie A Matchday 21 fast approaching, reigning league champions Napoli are hoping to end their winless streak when they face Sassuolo on their own patch this weekend.
As it stands, third-placed Napoli are six points behind leaders Inter Milan after 10 matches played while they endure a sticky spell heading into the second-half of the campaign.
Napoli last played out to a 0-0 draw alongside Parma at Stadio Diego Armando Maradona this past Wednesday, a result which came after back-to-back stalemates with Verona and Inter Milan respectively.
While Napoli have won just two out of their last five Serie A games, Sassuolo recorded three losses and two draws in their previous handful of ties.
Sassuolo jotted down a 2-0 defeat against AS Roma during Matchday 20 and currently sit in 11th position on the log.

Talking to the media after Napoli’s draw with Parma, assistant coach Cristian Stellini believed his side were suffering with fatigue toward the end of the encounter despite piling on pressure throughout the 90 minutes.
“Unfortunately, and despite the intense pressure we put on, we weren't able to make a breakthrough,” Stellini said.
“We're disappointed because we wanted to win this match, but we were lacking freshness and sharpness, especially in one-on-one situations.
“We're aware that, for reasons beyond our control, we're always having to field the same team. We’ve ultimately paid the price in terms of fatigue.”
