Thunder and the Pacers have met each other in 101 regular-season games and their first-ever game was on 26 October 1976.
Thunder have the upper hand in this rivalry as they have emerged victorious in 55 games while the Pacers clinched 46 wins.
The two teams have never been up against each other in the NBA Playoffs.
Current Season
The two teams have met twice and on both occasions, the Thunder clinched crucial victories over the Pacers.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander tied his career high with 45 points to lead the Thunder to a 120-114 victory over the Pacers in December 2024.
Gilgeous-Alexander was once again influential as he scored 33 points and the Thunder routed the Pacers 132-111 in March 2025.

“We have a lot of respect for them from afar,” Thunder coach Mark Daigneault said of the Pacers.
“The program they've built, the way that they play, the identity they've built on the court, the way their guys play together.
The whole is better than the sum of the parts with their team, which I think is the sign of a good team.”
