Max Homa will be looking to win his second tournament of the 2022-23 PGA Tour season by clinching the
CJ Cup.
The American star won the 2022 Fortinet Championship last month which was the first event in the current campaign ahead of Danny Willett.
Having played college golf at the University of California, Berkeley on scholarship, Homa has won five times on the PGA Tour so far.

Homa won the 2019 Wells Fargo Championship for his first PGA Tour win, with a three-shot victory over Joel Dahmen, before failing to win in 2020.
The year 2021 proved to be a good year for the Burbank-born golfer as he clinched the Genesis Invitational and Fortinet Championship.
Homa has since won the Wells Fargo Championship and Fortinet Championship this year, and he is among the top golfers in the world.
The 31-year-old, who clinched the individual 2013 NCAA Division I Men's Golf Championship, is currently placed 18th on the Official World Golf Rankings.

“My coach (Mark Blackburn) said, ‘Just hang around, hang around, hang around,’” Homa said after winning the 2022 Fortinet Championship.
“I spun it and once it hit the pin, it almost like spun straight into the ground. It was just one of those things.
“Golf’s a weird game, some crazy stuff happens on the last hole it seems like and that was very crazy.”
Justin Thomas is the most decorated golfer in the history of the CJ Cup having won the tournament twice.
