George Russell will be looking to keep his hopes of finishing second on the 2022 Drivers' Championship standings alive by winning the
United States Grand Prix.
The Mercedes driver endured a forgettable race at last year's United States Grand Prix as he finished 14th having started 20th on the grid - failing to record any points.
Russell, who is yet to win a race in the current season, finished eighth at the most recent event this term which was the Japanese Grand Prix on October 9.

The 2017 GP3 Series champion took P8 after losing positions during a double stack pit-stop to change from Wet to Inter tyres at the Suzuka International Racing Course.
Max Verstappen won the Japanese Grand Prix with his teammate Red Bull Racing-RBPT teammate Sergio Perez finishing third, while Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc finished third.
Russell is currently placed fourth in the 2022 Drivers' Championship behind Perez and Leclerc with the trio expected to mount a serious challenge for the runner-up spot.
The British racing driver, who was the 2018 FIA Formula 2 champion, will move closer to the abovementioned duo if he wins the United States Grand Prix.

"Overall, this has been a difficult double-header for us, and we’ve not scored the points we should have – so we need to regroup, focus on the final four races," Russell said after the Japanese Grand Prix.
"And try to extract everything from the car we have under us. And of course, congratulations to Max [Verstappen] on his second championship; the outcome has been clear for a while.
"But he and Red Bull have done an exceptional job this year."
Red Bull Racing-RBPT are close to clinching the Constructors' Championship having accumulated 619 points and they are followed by Ferrari with 454 points and Mercedes with 387 points respectively.
