EPL - Burnley FC v Arsenal FC

2025/26 Premier League

Matchday 10

Burnley FC v Arsenal FC

Turf Moor

Burnley, England

Saturday, 1 November 2025

Kick-off is at 17h00

Burnley FC will be hoping to stop a high-flying Arsenal FC side when they meet in the Premier League match at Turf Moor on November 1.

Current Form

The Clarets emerged as 3-2 winners over Wolverhampton Wanderers away on 26 October and they are now unbeaten in two matches in the league, which they both won.

Burnley also defeated Leeds United in their last home game and they snapped their two-match winless run in the Premier League at Turf Moor.

Meanwhile, Arsenal secured a 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace at home on 26 October and they are unbeaten in their last six matches in the league.

The Gunners are also unbeaten in their last two away matches in the Premier League, having registered two consecutive victories as the visitors.

Team News
Jordan Beyer, Connor Roberts and Zeki Amdouni are all in Burnley's injury list, but there are no suspension concerns for the Premier League returnees.

Arsenal, on the other hand, also do not have any suspension concerns, but Gabriel Jesus, Kai Havertz, Noni Madueke, and Martin Ødegaard are on the club's injury list.

Quotes

"We have managed to be very stable, playing the game that we have to play," Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta said after masterminding a win over Palace.

"In the first half we were a bit stuck, but we found a way to score a goal and in the second half we attacked better and were more fluent.

'But with 1-0, we knew that we had to suffer because a team has to score goals to beat any other opponent this season, so to keep the clean sheet is very important."

Head-to-Head
Arsenal thumped Burnley 5-0 in their last meeting in the Premier League, which was in February 2024 at Turf Moor.

Therefore, the Gunners are undefeated in their last five matches in the league against the Clarets, having recorded three wins and two draws.
