Liverpool vs Watford

Premier League

Stoke City vs Everton

Bet365 Stadium, Stoke-on-Trent

The Toffees bounced back from back-to-back defeats away to Watford and Burnley respectively by beating Brighton 2-0 last weekend. Stoke meanwhile are winless in their last six, picking up four draws along the way. Since their promotion to the Premier League in 2008, the Potters have only managed two wins at home in nine attempts against this weekend’s opponents and have lost three of the lost four in the league against Everton since their remarkable 4-3 victory at Goodison Park in December 2015. The corresponding fixture last season ended in a 1-1 draw after Ryan Shawcross’ own-goal cancelled out Peter Crouch’s opener.

Stoke City vs Everton last five:

12/08/2017 – Everton 1-0 Stoke
01/02/2017 – Stoke 1-1 Everton
27/08/2016 – Everton 1-0 Stoke
06/02/2016 – Stoke 0-3 Everton
28/12/2015 – Everton 3-4 Stoke

Huddersfield Town vs Crystal Palace

The John Smith Stadium, Huddersfield

Two teams in massive need of a victory on Saturday sees 18th placed Crystal Palace who are one point and one place adrift of safety make their way to 15th placed Huddersfield, just four points ahead of them in their maiden season in England’s top-flight. The Terriers secured precious points in recent weeks with wins over fellow relegation threatened sides Bournemouth and West Brom respectively before a 0-0 draw against Swansea last time out. The Eagles were hammered 3-0 by Huddersfield on the opening day of the season but got revenge a month later knocking them out of the League Cup with a 1-0 win.

Bournemouth vs West Bromwich Albion

The Vitality Stadium, Bournemouth

The Baggies have notched up three league wins all season and find themselves rooted to the bottom of the table. They need to bag a win this weekend against a Bournemouth outfit who are winless in their last four games and have shipped 11 goals in that run. Anything less for Alan Pardew’s men and they could end the day as many as 10 points from safety with just seven matches left to play. They pair have two wins apiece from five top-flight encounters, the last two both going the way of West Brom. Ahmed Hegazi scored the only goal of the game, on his debut when the sides last faced on the opening day.

Bournemouth vs West Bromwich Albion last five:

12/08/2017 – West Brom 1-0 Bournemouth
25/02/2017 – West Brom 2-1 Bournemouth

07/05/2016 – Bournemouth 1-1 West Brom
19/12/2015 – West Brom 1-2 Bournemouth

Premier League

Liverpool vs Watford

Anfield, Liverpool

The ‘John Barnes’ derby as it is more affectionately known by some is the headline fixture in a weekend full of postponements. Watford stunned the visitors earlier in the campaign playing out a thrilling 3-3 draw when Miguel Britos scored in stoppage time to seal a famous point. The Hornets have never recorded a victory at Anfield though in the modern era and their away form this season alone has been equally worrying. They have not won away from Vicarage Road since beating Newcastle in November – a run which could stretch to 10 games this weekend. Sadio Mane scored twice in a 6-1 romping for the Reds the last time Watford made their way to Merseyside.

Liverpool vs Watford last five:

12/08/2017 – Watford 3-3 Liverpool
01/05/2017 – Watford 0-1 Liverpool
06/11/2016 – Liverpool 6-1 Watford
08/05/2016 – Liverpool 2-0 Watford
20/12/2015 – Watford 3-0 Liverpool
