As one of the games to look forward to in Matchday six in
Serie A, Juventus and AC Milan will set up a blockbuster tie at the Allianz Stadium on Sunday.
Milan have moved to the top of the pile after their matchday five assignment, as they recorded a crucial 2-1 win against Napoli this past weekend.
Their win against Antonio Conte’s charges came off the back of consecutive wins against Udinese, Bologna and Lecce and currently sit on 12 points, level on points with Napoli and AS Roma.
Juventus on the other hand, lost ground at the summit of the league following their frustrating 1-1 stalemate with Atalanta this past Saturday.
Their dip in form was also supplemented by a 1-1 draw alongside Verona on 20 September and ended the last match week in fourth position.
Speaking after the game, Juventus coach Igor Tudor took the optimistic approach by expressing that his side put on the ‘best’ performance since his arrival.
“I see the glass half full, because we put in a great performance, one of the best since I’ve been here,” Tudor said.
“It was a tough match between two teams who play in the Champions League, so a draw is fair.”
