The legendary goalkeeper John Burridge remains the oldest player to appear in the English Premier League.
The English legend achieved this feat when he played for Manchester City at the age of 43 years, four months and 26 days in 1995.
Here are the 10 oldest players in the Premier League this season.
10. Glenn Murray
36 years, 8 months, 4 days
The English striker has scored once in 17 league appearances for Brighton & Hove Albion this season and has been with the club since 2016.
Known for his heading ability and strength, Murray has been used as an impact player by Brighton manager Graham Potter this season.
9. Claudio Bravo
37 years, 1 month, 16 days
The Chile international is serving as Manchester City's second-choice goalkeeper having made only four appearances in the league this season.
Bravo, who has been with City since 2017, is known for his leadership, agility, composure and shot-stopping ability, as well as his reflexes and concentration.
8. Ben Foster
37 years, 1 month, 26 days
The England international remains Watford's first-choice goalkeeper and has been an ever-present in the league having made 29 appearances.
An imposing keeper known for his reflex saves, Foster is in his third spell with the Hornets having had two successful loan spells with the club between 2005 and 2007.
7. Lee Grant
37 years, 4 months, 2 days
The English shot-stopper is currently serving as the third-choice goalkeeper at English football powerhouse Manchester United.
Grant made his first start for the club, and his European debut, on 28 November 2019 in a 2–1 loss away to Astana in the UEFA Europa League.
6. Maarten Stekelenburg
37 years, 8 months, 7 days
The Netherland international has become a forgotten man and is considered the second-choice goalkeeper at former English champions Everton.
Stekelenburg, who is known for his agility and great ball-handling skills, is yet to feature in the league this season having joined the club from Fulham in 2016.

5. Pepe Reina
37 years, 8 months, 29 days
The Spain international, who joined Aston Villa on loan from Italian giants AC Milan last January, is a former Liverpool FC goalkeeper.
Reina, who has made six league appearances for Villa, is well known for his distribution, positioning, shot-stopping, leadership and ability to save penalties.
4. Phil Jagielka
37 years, 9 months, 12 days
The former England international is back at Sheffield United where he started his career in 2000, playing mainly as a central midfielder.
Jagielka, who rejoined the club from Everton last July, has made four league appearances for United and is a tough tackler and a good leader.
3. Willy Caballero
38 years, 8 months, 1 day
The Argentina international has enjoyed some game time at English giants Chelsea after the world's most expensive goalkeeper, Kepa fell out of favour.
Known for his penalty saving ability and good ball-handling skills, Caballero has made four appearances in the Premier League this season.
2. Heurelho Gomes
39 years, 3 months, 14 days
The former Brazil international, who spent six years at Tottenham Hotspur, is now with Watford where he is the second-choice goalkeeper.
Gomes is serving as fellow veteran keeper Ben Foster's back-up at the Hornets and is yet to feature for the team in the league this season.

40 years, 3 months, 9 days
The Poland international has been on the books of AFC Bournemouth since 2014 having joined the club from Southampton.
Boruc is the oldest player in the Premier League and is considered to be the second-choice keeper at Bournemouth where he is yet to feature in the league this season.
