Ghana will host Sao Tome and Principe in a dead rubber match at Cape Coast Sports Stadium on Sunday evening.
The Black Stars have already qualified for the
2021 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) hosted in Cameroon next year, following a 1-1 draw away to South Africa at FNB Stadium on Thursday.
The result moved Ghana level on 10 points with Bafana Bafana atop Group C and a point above Sudan.
Despite being level with South Africa, Ghana are already guaranteed a place at next year's finals as they hold a better head-to-head record against both nations going into the final round of qualifiers.
Rising star Mohammed Kudus was on target for Ghana on Thursday as the West African nation got the point they desired to punch their Afcon ticket.

"Going into the game we knew what was expected of us, we were well prepared to play without the ball," said Ghana head coach CK Akonnor. "We knew that a draw would be fine and we were able to achieve that."
"We showed a lot of character and in the end we got the point we needed."
Sao Tome and Principe have yet to register a single point after five rounds of fixtures, following five straight defeats. The Falcons and True Parrots team lost 4-0 to Sudan and 2-0 to South Africa in their other two away matches in the group.
In head-to-head stats, this will only be the second match between Ghana and Sao Tome and Principe. The four-time Afcon champions won the reverse Group C fixture 1-0 in November 2019. A second-half penalty from Jordan Ayew proved to be the difference between the two teams.
