Celta de Vigo will face off with Atletico Madrid in a
Spanish La Liga match at the Abanca-Balaídos on July 07.
The Sky Blues are scheduled to host Real Betis at the Estadio Benito Villamarín on July on 04, before facing Atletico.
They are undefeated in their last two home matches in the league having one win and one draw.
Celta have announced that they will be without Denis Suarez when they lock horns with Betis and Atletico after the attacker picked up an injury.
"The medical tests that Denis Suarez underwent on Wednesday determined that the sky-blue midfielder suffers a grade II tear of the left femoral biceps."
"The home-grown player from Salceda got injured during LaLiga’s match against RCD Mallorca. The estimated injury time is about six weeks," a club statement read.
Meanwhile, Atletico managed to hold FC Barcelona to a 2-2 draw in their last away league game which was played on June 30.
The Mattress Makers are undefeated in their last six matches on the road in the league having registered four draws and two wins as the visitors.

Atletico are set to welcome Real Mallorca at the Estadio Wanda Metropolitano on July 03, before they take on Celta.
The last meeting between Celta and Atletico in a league match was on 21 September 2019. The two teams played to a 0-0 draw in an encounter which was played at the Estadio Wanda Metropolitano.
