Brentford, on the other hand, emerged as 3-1 winners over Burnley FC at home on 29 November and it was their second win in their last three Premier League matches.
The Bees, however, are winless in their last two away matches in the league, having registered two back-to-back defeats on the road.
Team News
Arsenal players Gabriel Magalhaes, Kai Havertz, Leandro Trossard and William Saliba are all currently injured, but there are no suspension concerns in the North London giants' camp..
Meanwhile, Brentford have Fabio Carvalho, Antoni Milambo and Kristoffer Ajer on their injury list, but they don't have suspension worries for the West London side.
Quotes
"First of all, I think it was a proper London derby. It was really tense, and you could sense from the beginning that every duel, every action, has something on it," Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta said after his side's draw with Chelsea.
"Two teams very willing to win, and not much football. A lot of stops, free-kicks, yellow cards, so not a lot of fluidity.... That's the feeling (positives) that we have, and the standards that we set to ourselves.
"Probably it's because of the spirit, the hunger and how much they want it, that it's so incredible we'll overcome everything. So many things have happened, but we have to prepare very well for Wednesday, and try to be better than Brentford."
Head-to-Head
Arsenal and Brentford drew 1-1 in their last meeting in the league, which was in April 2025 at Emirates Stadium.
As a result, the Gunners are undefeated in their last seven Premier League games against the Brees, having recorded five wins and two draws.
